Step 1
Select an official client
Download the Windows or macOS client from Star Trek Fleet Command's official site, or use the first-party iOS or Android store. The desktop client does not require a mobile emulator.
Step 2
Install and update
Run the installer, choose a stable local folder and allow the launcher to finish updating before signing in.
Step 3
Connect a Scopely account
Link the commander profile to a Scopely account before moving between devices. Use the same account rather than starting a second guest profile.
Step 4
Confirm the existing commander
Check the commander name and server before continuing. If the wrong profile appears, stop before making progress or purchases and use official account support.
Step 5
Finish the station tutorial
Complete the opening station modules, ship repair and galaxy-map tasks so that the normal build, research and mission loop is available.
