Trinn 1
Create a GNJOY account
Ragnarok Zero: Global runs through Gravity's GNJOY platform. Register the account you intend to keep, because the Game Pass, Kafra Points and characters are tied to it.

Get the official Windows client
Use the client from the official Ragnarok Zero: Global website. Keep at least 8 GB free, or 10 GB on an SSD for the recommended setup, plus room for patches.

Activate a Game Pass or trial
The game needs active Game Pass time. Check the official Game Pass page for the current plans and any free trial or promotional day before paying for a longer plan.

Create a Novice and follow the main quests
Every character starts as a Novice. Follow the main quests and mission board to reach your first job change, then join a party or guild for faster experience.

Is Ragnarok Zero: Global free to play?
No. It uses a subscription Game Pass. Gravity has promoted a free three-day trial, and a Kafra Point shop sells optional items on top of the subscription.
Which regions can play?
One service covers Southeast Asia, Europe and Oceania. It launched on 18 August 2026.
Is there a mobile or Mac version?
No. Ragnarok Zero: Global is a Windows PC game only.
Which languages are supported?
Gravity lists eight languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Turkish, Simplified Chinese, Thai and Indonesian.
