Assign jobs before champions
List what the encounter requires: survival, control, defense reduction, healing or damage. Then select champions for those jobs instead of starting with rarity alone.
Set the turn order
Support and debuff skills should land before the main damage action. Tune speed so the sequence repeats predictably rather than relying on random timing.
Test consistency
A slightly slower team that clears reliably is better for repeated farming than a fragile record run. Measure several attempts before replacing a stable member.
