STALZONE seasons, Season Pass and shop — what is worth paying for
How seasons, the Season Pass, Premium, Stalcoins and cases fit together, what can be earned by playing, and how to avoid wasting money across regions.
You can play STALZONE for free. Money buys time savings and cosmetics: Premium, Season Pass level packs, cases, tokens and styles. Before paying, finish the story's opening, play one season and make sure you are buying in the region where your character lives.
How seasons work
EXBO runs large thematic events through the year, each with a Season Pass. The current autumn season, tulpa!, started on 2 September 2026 with a new cataclysm in the northern location, seasonal weather such as fog and thunderstorms, and new rewards. EXBO has said the season's main event, the Festivity, begins in October.
Seasons change the world and rewards; they do not wipe your character.
Season Pass
You earn Season Pass points by playing, including daily challenges and Overdrives. EXBO runs weekends with boosted progress — for example, 50% more Season Pass points from 11 to 14 September 2026. Key rewards this season include the OTs-62, the ALK-22 Dragonfly, the Ratcatcher Exoarmor and cosmetic charms and paints.
Two rules matter:
- Seasonal currency must be spent before the season ends; EXBO reminds players each season.
- Unused Season Pass items carry over into the new season.
Stalcoins, Premium and packs
Stalcoins are the paid currency. They buy Premium time, Season Pass level packs, Coliseum tokens, cases and cosmetics. Some packs combine these — the August 2026 Coliseum packs bundled Season Pass levels, tokens and paints.
Cases
Cases such as the Aesthete Case contain randomised rewards, and some event cases, such as the summer 2026 Trailblazers Case, revealed their contents only after the event ended. Treat cases as chance-based purchases.
Region rules
Purchases in one region do not apply to others, and Stalcoins must be credited to a character on the right account and region. If you play through Steam, sign in to the official website with Steam before buying there.
What is worth it
- Free players: play the Season Pass, use the boosted weekends and spend seasonal currency before the deadline.
- Occasional spenders: Premium time or a Season Pack only if you already play regularly.
- Skip: cases, unless you accept paying for a random cosmetic.
